  • Rush Orders incur a fee. (Under 4 Weeks Timeframe)
  • Converting Logos/images/design/personal photos/files: We charge a one-time fee for uploading and converting logos, designs, or pictures not registered in our system. Any file that needs to be converted to a format required for our system.
  • Custom Design Fee: Creation of any custom logo or project design. This applies when we create a fully custom design from scratch or rework any desing.

  • The current processing time is 4 to 6 weeks after receiving payment (not including weekends). We will do our best to process and ship your orders as soon as possible.

    Your order should arrive within 5-10 business days after completion. TRIGON Creations cannot control postal delivery delays once your items have been shipped. TRIGON Creations is not responsible for any shipping delays, mis-deliveries, damages, or packages that get lost in transit.  

    Local Pick-Up is available! If you are local and want to save money on shipping, choose the local pick-up option instead of shipping at checkout. TRIGON Creations will email you to arrange a pick-up appointment at a location.

    CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES: Please email trigoncreations@gmail.com to discuss what you want to order. The exact shipping price will be given after the project is done and ready to ship; this will be a separate bill.
