Wood Creations Information
TrigonCreations specializes in handcrafted wood creations that are meticulously hand-cut, hand-painted, and made from scratch. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations and imperfections may occur, making each piece unique. We are not responsible for damages resulting from customers' improper care or maintenance of our creations. We use a variety of hardwoods and softwoods in our products, all of which receive protective coatings such as sealants or epoxy resin. Items intended for food use, such as charcuterie boards, are treated only with natural oils and do not contain synthetic sealants.

Product and Care Information
-
Paint: Some paints may develop small bubbles during the drying process. While we strive to eliminate these bubbles, they may still be present. Once sealed, these bubbles will not peel and will remain intact for years. Some painted items may exhibit slight yellowing on the edges due to the natural burning of the wood. This is not a defect but a natural occurrence caused by the wood-burning process. This effect is more noticeable on lighter colors like white but does not affect the overall quality or look of your item.
-
Nails and Glue: We use high-quality nails and glue to ensure the longevity of our products. While we take great care to clean up excess glue and fill nail holes, minor residue may still be visible.
-
Wood: Wood is a natural material, and variations in grain, stain absorption, and burn effects may occur. Wood expands and contracts due to changes in temperature and humidity and may fade or discolor when exposed to direct sunlight.
-
Epoxy Resin: If your item is sealed with resin, please note that the resin may yellow over time. Extreme heat exposure can also damage the resin.

Store wood products indoors in a temperature-controlled environment with humidity levels between 40-60%.
