How to Customize:
- Provide Your Images and Logos: Ensure your files are high-resolution SVG, JPEG, PNG, or PDF formats. Email them to trigoncreations@gmail.com.
- Custom Logo Upload: If we do not have your logo in our system, a one-time fee for uploading and converting to proper formats will be billed separately after your purchase. We will notify you if we already have the logo on file. ( Unit Logos, Platoons, est)
- Logo Design from Scratch: Need a new design? We charge $50 per hour for custom logo creation. This service is billed separately. Please email us for design requests.

The current processing time is 4 to 6 weeks after you approve the desing. We will do our best to get your orders processed and shipped immediately. Creating a wood piece takes 4 to 5 weeks, depending on the piece, size, how many orders are ahead of yours, and detail work.
Your order should arrive within 5-10 business days after it has been processed. TRIGON Creations cannot control postal delivery delays once your items have been shipped. TRIGON Creations is not responsible for shipping delays, misdelivery, damages, or lost packages in transit.
Local Pick-Up is available! If you are local and want to save money on shipping, choose the local pick-up option instead of shipping at checkout. TRIGON Creations will email you to arrange a pick-up appointment at a location.
