Custom Desing/File Converting fee.
Custom Design Fee: This includes the conversion of any logos for your plaque. Once converted, the logo(s) stay in our system for future use on any projects. If your designs are intricate and need more time, the extra hours are charged at a half-hour rate. (You will be notified before we move forward.) This applies when we create a fully custom design for your project, as well as any intricate rework of an existing design or logo, and any AI-generated images that you provide to us. Regardless of design, they need to be converted to the proper files. Please contact us to verify if we already have your logo on file. If we do, please choose NO on the custom desing tab.

The current processing time is 4 to 6 weeks after receiving payment (not including weekends). We will do our best to process and ship your orders as soon as possible.
Your order should arrive within 5-10 business days after completion. TRIGON Creations cannot control postal delivery delays once your items have been shipped. TRIGON Creations is not responsible for any shipping delays, mis-deliveries, damages, or packages that get lost in transit.
Local Pick-Up is available! If you are local and want to save money on shipping, choose the local pick-up option instead of shipping at checkout. TRIGON Creations will email you to arrange a pick-up appointment at a location.
