How to Customize:

Provide Your Images and Logos: Ensure your files are high-resolution SVG, JPEG, PNG, or PDF formats. Email them to trigoncreations@gmail.com.

Customization Process:

Contact us via email or our contact form to discuss your custom design and preferences.

Additional Services and Fees:

Rush Orders incur a fee. (Under 4 Weeks Timeframe)
Converting Logos/images/design/personal photos/files: We charge a one-time fee for uploading and converting logos, designs, or pictures not registered in our system. Any file that needs to be converted to a format required for our system.
Custom Design Fee: Creation of any custom logo or project design. This applies when we create a fully custom design from scratch or rework any desing.

RUSH ORDERS ( Under 4 WEEKS Rush order fee applies).
The current processing time is 4 to 6 weeks after receiving payment (not including weekends). We will do our best to process and ship your orders as soon as possible.
Your order should arrive within 5-10 business days after completion. TRIGON Creations cannot control postal delivery delays once your items have been shipped. TRIGON Creations is not responsible for any shipping delays, mis-deliveries, damages, or packages that get lost in transit.
Local Pick-Up is available!
In-Person Delivery: We deliver to local areas ( JBLM) and surrounding areas. ( Fee applies)
