How to Customize:
Provide Your Images and Logos: Ensure your files are high-resolution SVG, JPEG, PNG, or PDF formats. Email them to trigoncreations@gmail.com
Custom Logo Upload: If we do not have your logo in our system, a one-time fee for uploading and converting will be billed separately after your purchase. We will notify you if we already have the logo on file.
Logo Design from Scratch: Need a new design? We charge $50 per hour for custom logo creation. This service is billed separately. Email us for design requests.

  • High-Resolution Files Required: To ensure the best quality, please provide high-resolution images and logos.
  • Separate Billing for Additional Services: Any additional services like logo uploads or custom design work will be billed separately after the initial purchase.

    The current processing time is 4 to 6 weeks after receiving payment (not including weekends). We will do our best to process and ship your orders as soon as possible.

    Your order should arrive within 5-10 business days after completion. TRIGON Creations cannot control postal delivery delays once your items have been shipped. TRIGON Creations is not responsible for any shipping delays, mis-deliveries, damages, or packages that get lost in transit.  

    Local Pick-Up is available! If you are local and want to save money on shipping, choose the local pick-up option instead of shipping at checkout. TRIGON Creations will email you to arrange a pick-up appointment at a location.

    CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES: Please email trigoncreations@gmail.com to discuss what you want to order. The exact shipping price will be given after the project is done and ready to ship; this will be a separate bill.
